Delete your account and data
Paaket Games makes Sweet Trail and our other games. This page explains how to delete your account in each of our games, and the data linked to it, with or without the game on your device. For any of our games, you can also e-mail us at info@paaket.com.

Sweet Trail: in the game
This is the quickest way, and it works whether or not you created an account.
- Open Sweet Trail and tap the Settings gear at the top of the map. During a level, you'll find Settings in the pause menu.
- Tap Privacy, then Delete my data, and confirm.
Your account and everything linked to it are deleted 30 days later. Your profile photo stops being shown to other players straight away. Until then you can keep playing, and you can change your mind: go back to Settings, then Privacy, and tap Keep my account. If you have an account, we also e-mail you the date, with a link to keep it.
Your device needs to be online to send the request. If our server cannot be reached, nothing changes, and you can try again later.
Sweet Trail: without the game
Use our online form: request deletion online.
- If you have an account, enter the e-mail address you sign in with. We e-mail it a 6-digit code to confirm the request is yours, and your account is then deleted 30 days later, as above. You can keep it until then with the link in our e-mail.
- If you played without an account, enter your player ID and an e-mail address where we can reply. The ID starts with "ST‑" and is shown in the game's Settings. We confirm the address with a code, check the ID, delete the data linked to it within 30 days, and reply to let you know.
You can also e-mail info@paaket.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Sweet Trail account", or with your player ID if you played without an account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address.
Sweet Trail: what is deleted
- your account: your e-mail address, the scrambled (hashed) form of your password, and any codes we sent you;
- your cloud save: your progress, coins, boosters, bakery, profile name and avatar;
- your profile photo (the small picture kept on our server), the photos you reported and the list of players whose photos you hid;
- your event scores and leaderboard entries;
- our records of your purchases and rewards, and the messages and gifts we sent you;
- our support team's notes about your account;
- the identifiers of your devices, their sign-in sessions and their notification addresses.
When your account is deleted, the game also clears its data on the device you asked from, the next time that device is online. If you played on other devices, their copies of your progress stay on them until you delete them there too or uninstall the game.
Deleting cannot be undone, and it includes items you bought, such as coins and boosters.
Sweet Trail: what we keep, and for how long
- Server logs (the time and result of each request, and your device's IP address) are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Backups of our server's data, which we keep to recover from failures, are deleted after 90 days. Until then, a backup may still hold data that was deleted from the server after it was made.
- Purchase receipts stay with Apple or Google under their own policies. We check them but do not keep them.
- The e-mails with your codes may stay with our e-mail provider, Resend, for up to 30 days.
- A record of your request (when it was made and carried out, how we checked it was yours, and your player ID), for three years, so we can show we did what you asked. It doesn't include your e-mail address: the address you gave on the form is deleted 14 days after your request is closed. Our team's log of actions on your account is kept for the same reason, without your e-mail address or your game data.
Our other games
Echoes of the Ancestors is still in development, so it holds no player data yet. When we release a new game, this page will explain how to delete your data in it.
Questions
Our Privacy Policy explains what our games collect and why. For any question about deleting your data, or to ask for it by e-mail in any of our games, write to info@paaket.com with the game's name and, if the game shows one, your player ID. We may need to check that the request comes from you before we act on it.
