Something not working, or a question about one of our games? E-mail us at info@paaket.com. Please tell us which game it's about, what happened and on which device, and include your player ID if the game shows one, so we can find your game quickly.

Help for each game
- Sweet Trail: the Sweet Trail help page answers common questions, such as moving your progress to a new phone, codes that don't arrive and forgotten passwords. Your player ID starts with "ST-" and is shown in the game's Settings.
- Echoes of the Ancestors is in development. Its help will be here when it comes out.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment and refunds. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund help.
If you were charged but your items didn't arrive, open the game while you are online, so that it can check with the store. On a new device, the game's option to restore purchases brings back one-time purchases made with the same store account. If something is still missing, e-mail us with the game's name, your player ID and the order number from the store's receipt.
Your data and privacy
- Where a game offers it, its privacy settings let you take a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted.
- You can also e-mail us to ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, if you no longer have the game. Our account deletion page gives the steps for each game, including how to delete your Sweet Trail account online.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what our games use and why, and our Terms of Use explain the rules for playing.
Ads
Rewarded ads are always your choice. Where the law requires it, the game asks whether ads may be personalised, and you can change your answer at any time in the game's privacy settings.
Notifications
Notifications are off until you switch them on. If they stopped arriving, check that they are allowed for the game in your device's settings, and that the game's own notification switches are on.
Report a player or a photo
If a player's name or photo breaks our rules, use the game's report option where it has one. Otherwise, e-mail us with the game's name and where you saw it; a screenshot helps.
Security problems
If you find a security problem in one of our games or websites, please e-mail info@paaket.com with the details, and give us a chance to fix it before you tell anyone else.
